Τελέστηκε με ευλάβεια η Θεία Λειτουργία και λιτάνευση της κάρας του Αγίου Σεραφείμ στο Φανάρι Καρδίτσας,  προεξάρχοντος του Σεβασμιωτάτου Μητροπολίτου μας κ. Τιμόθεου.

Η εκκλησία μας όπως κάθε χρόνο, τιμά τον άγιο και ένδοξο ιερομάρτυρα Σεραφείμ, αρχιεπίσκοπο Φαναρίου και Νεοχωρίου, στο Φανάρι (τόπος μαρτυρίου του Αγίου). Μία γιορτη που θεσπίστηκε το 1936 από τον μακαριστό Μητροπολίτη Θεσσαλιώτιδος και Φαναριοφερσάλων κυρό Ιεζεκιήλ.
Πολλοί οι παρευρισκομενοι, ανάμεσά τους εκπρόσωποι της τοπικής Αυτοδιοίκησης, και ο υπουργός Δικαιοσύνης κ. Κώστας Τσιαρας, ο βουλευτής Καρδίτσας κ. Γιώργος Κωτσός, ο αντιπεριφερειάρχης κ. Κώστας Νούσιος, ο Δήμαρχος Μουζακίου κ Φάνης Στάθης και πλήθος κόσμου που ακολούθησε τη λιτάνευση ως την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού.
