Αρνητικές θερμοκρασίες σημειώθηκαν το πρωί των Χριστουγέννων, στα ορεινά και ημιορεινά ηπειρωτικά της χώρας, σύμφωνα με το δίκτυο αυτόματων μετεωρολογικών σταθμών του Εθνικού Αστεροσκοπείου Αθηνών / meteo.gr. 

 

 

Στον πίνακα που ακολουθεί φαίνονται οι 8 σταθμοί, πλην χιονοδρομικών κέντρων και καταφυγίων, όπου καταγράφηκαν οι χαμηλότερες ελάχιστες θερμοκρασίες. 

Σημειώνεται ότι σε σταθμούς που λειτουργούν σε χιονοδρομικά κέντρα και σε ορεινά καταφύγια, ο υδράργυρος έπεσε αρκετά χαμηλότερα, όπως στο Χ/Κ Καϊμακτσαλάν (-8.4 βαθμοί), στο Χ/Κ Παρνασσού στα 1950 μέτρα (-4.9 βαθμοί) και στο καταφύγιο Λαϊλιά Σερρών (-3.6 βαθμοί).
