Η Καρδίτσα ηττήθηκε με 76-71 από την Άλμπα Βερολίνου στο κλειστό «Γιάννης Μπουρούσης», για την 5η αγωνιστική του 10ου ομίλου του Basketball Champions League, γνωρίζοντας την πέμπτη ήττα της στη φάση των «16». Η ελληνική ομάδα, η οποία έχει αποκλειστεί από τη συνέχεια της διοργάνωσης, παρέμεινε ανταγωνιστική για τρία δεκάλεπτα, ωστόσο στην τελευταία περίοδο οι φιλοξενούμενοι πήραν τον έλεγχο 
Οι γηπεδούχοι προηγήθηκαν στο ημίχρονο (40-35) και διατήρησαν το προβάδισμα μέχρι το τέλος της τρίτης περιόδου (58-54). Ωστόσο, στην τέταρτη περίοδο η Άλμπα «έτρεξε» σερί 10-0, ανέτρεψε την κατάσταση και κράτησε το προβάδισμα μέχρι το τελικό 76-71.

Κορυφαίοι για την Καρδίτσα ήταν οι Μπράντον Τζέφερσον με 13 πόντους και 5 ασίστ και Ντέιμιαν Τζέφερσον με 14 πόντους και 8 ριμπάουντ, ενώ από την πλευρά της Άλμπα (ρεκόρ 4-1) ξεχώρισε ο Σαμ Γκρισέλ (12 πόντοι).
