Το δρομο για τα δικαστηρια με την καταθεση ασφαλιστικων μετρων παιρνουν οι παραγωγοι τις ευρυτερης  περιοχης Καναλιων που λογω της αρνησης του ΤΟΕΒ να  τους τροφοδοτησει με νερο την προηγουμενη εβδομαδα κατεγραψαν ζημιες απο την μη παροχη νερου.
Ηδη μια ομαδα παραγωγων εχει καταγραψει 500 στ. απο καλαμποκι που ειχαν αναγκη απο νερο για να αναπτυχθουν 700 στ. απο βαμβακι που ο καρπος εκανε απορριψη απο ανυδρια. Ο εκπροσωπος της κινησης αυτης  Α.Ευθυμιου παραγωγος δηλωσε στην εφημεριδα karditsaportal οτι την επομενη εβδομαδα αφου συγκεντρωθουν και αλλοι παραγωγοι και καταγραψουν και αλλες ζημιες θα καταθεσουν αγωγη κατα του ΤΟΕΒ και παντως υπευθυνου για τις ζημιες που υπεστησαν.
