 Ως τις 15 Ιουλίου θα πρέπει να έχει ολοκληρωθεί η πώληση του Ταχυδρομικού Ταμιευτηρίου και της νέας Proton Bank, σύμφωνα με το Μνημόνιο. 

   Όπως προκύπτει από το κείμενο του αναθεωρημένου Μνημονίου που δόθηκε σήμερα στη δημοσιότητα από την Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή, οι μη συστημικές τράπεζες που σήμερα ελέγχονται πλήρως από το Ταμείο Χρηματοπιστωτικής Σταθερότητας, ήτοι το Ταχυδρομικό Ταμιευτήριο και η νέα Proton θα πρέπει να έχουν πωληθεί μέχρι την 15η Ιουλίου.  

   Όλες οι υπόλοιπες μη συστημικές τράπεζες, οι οποίες δεν θα μπορέσουν να καλύψουν τις κεφαλαιακές τους ανάγκες μέχρι την παραπάνω ημερομηνία, θα πρέπει με την συνεργασία ΤΧΣ και Τραπέζης της Ελλάδος να οδηγηθούν σε εκκαθάριση ή να απορροφηθούν από τις υπόλοιπες τέσσερις συστημικές τράπεζες (Εθνική, Alpha, Πειραιώς και Eurobank).
