Η ΑΔΕΔΥ ζητεί από το Συμβούλιο της Επικρατείας (ΣτΕ) να ακυρωθούν ως αντισυνταγματικές, αντίθετες στην Ευρωπαϊκή Σύμβαση Δικαιωμάτων του Ανθρώπου (ΕΣΔΑ), τον Χάρτη Θεμελιωδών Δικαιωμάτων της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, την Ευρωπαϊκή  και ελληνική νομοθεσία και νομολογία, οι υπουργικές αποφάσεις που αφορούν τη διαθεσιμότητα και την κινητικότητα των υπαλλήλων του Δημοσίου τομέα, των ΝΠΔΔ, κ.λπ.

Ειδικότερα, η ΑΔΕΔΥ κατέθεσε στο Ανώτατο Ακυρωτικό Δικαστήριο δύο προσφυγές. 

Με την πρώτη ζητεί να ακυρωθούν δύο αποφάσεις του υπουργού Διοικητικής Μεταρρύθμισης με τις οποίες εισάγεται η διαδικασία και τα κριτήρια διαθεσιμότητας και κινητικότητας. 

Με τη δεύτερη προσφυγή ζητεί να ακυρωθούν 25 κοινές υπουργικές αποφάσεις με τις οποίες καταργούνται πλέον των 6.000 οργανικών θέσεων σε διάφορα υπουργεία, οργανισμούς του Δημοσίου, ΝΠΔΔ, κ.λπ.
