Συνάντηση με το Δήμαρχο Καρδίτσας κ. Β. Τσιάκο είχαν οι εκπρόσωποι του τοπικού Ελληνικού Ερυθρού Σταυρού. Στη συνάντηση έθεσαν υπ όψη του Δημάρχου το κτιριακό ζήτημα που αντιμετωπίζουν και το γεγονός ότι χρειάζεται να γίνει συντήρηση του χώρου των γραφείων.

Επίσης συζητήθηκε η διοργάνωση μελλοντικών εκδηλώσεων στις οποίες μπορούν οι δύο πλευρές να συνεργαστούν. Ο Δήμαρχος ευχαρίστησε τους εκπροσώπους του ΕΕΣ για την επίσκεψη τους και τους ευχήθηκε κάθε επιτυχία στο έργο τους. Επίσης δεσμεύθηκε για άριστη συνεργασία. Στη συνάντηση παρέστη και ο αντιδήμαρχος Διοικητικών Υπηρεσιών κ. Αριστ. Σπάνιας. Από την πλευρά του τοπικού τμήματος του ΕΕΣ συμμετείχαν στη συνάντηση, ο Πρόεδρος κ. Βασίλης Γκιζλής, ο κ. Ιωάννης Μακρυγιάννης  ταμίας και η κ. Ολ. Μακρή μέλος του Δ.Σ.
