Ο έλεγχος του ιδιοκτησιακού καθεστώτος στα αγροτεμάχια των δικαιούχων του Μέτρου 23
πραγματοποιήθηκε με βάση το Ε9 των ιδιοκτητών προκειμένου να γίνει σύγκριση της έκτασης
των δηλωθεισών εκτάσεων στο Ε9 των ιδιοκτητών με αυτές που δηλώθηκαν στην αίτηση ΟΣΔΕ
2024. Με βάση την διασταύρωση αυτή δεσμεύθηκαν οι δηλώσεις δικαιούχων – ιδιοκτητών ή
ενοικιαστών – εφόσον υπήρχε απόκλιση μεγαλύτερη των 5 στρεμμάτων ανάμεσα στη
δηλωθείσας έκτασης του ιδιοκτήτη στο Ε9 και της καταχωρηθείσας έκτασης στη βάση
δεδομένων του ΟΣΔΕ.
Για τις δηλώσεις που δεσμεύθηκαν, αφού ολοκληρωθεί ο έλεγχος, οι παραγωγοί θα πληρωθούν
στο τέλος Δεκεμβρίου.
Οι έλεγχοι σε σχέση με τα ΑΤΑΚ και το ΚΑΕΚ των ακινήτων δεν πρέπει να συγχέονται με το εν
λόγω ζήτημα.
