Ένα κουτάβι μόλις τριών μηνών, που ονομάστηκε «Αγάπη», βρέθηκε σοβαρά κακοποιημένο πίσω από το πρώτο νεκροταφείο της Καρδίτσας. Το ζώο ήταν δεμένο από τον λαιμό και τα πόδια σε δέντρο.

Το περιστατικό αποκαλύφθηκε στις 24 Ιανουαρίου, όταν μια κάτοικος της περιοχής άκουσε τις κραυγές του ζώου και ειδοποίησε τη φιλοζωική ομάδα «Karditsa Shelter Dogs». Οι εθελοντές μετέφεραν αμέσως την Αγάπη σε κτηνίατρο, όπου διαπιστώθηκαν σοβαρά τραύματα....

Η υπεύθυνη της φιλοζωικής, Εύη Θάνου, τόνισε ότι η κακοποίηση ήταν πρωτοφανής και προειδοποίησε ότι ο δράστης είναι επικίνδυνος,
