Χιλιάδες ήταν οι επισκέπτες στο Καρναβάλι Σοφάδων που παρά την βροχή ακολούθησαν στο κέφι τους εκατοντάδες καρναβαλιστές και τα 20 περίπου άρματα που σατίρισαν την επικαιρότητα.
Τους επισκέπτες καλωσόρισε ο δήμαρχος Σοφάδων Θάνος Σκάρλος ενώ οι εκδηλώσεις περιελάμβανε πέρα από την παρέλαση και το κάψιμο του Καρνάβαλου και όλες τις εκδηλώσεις στην επικράτεια του Δήμου Σοφάδων.
